He has been actively involved with medical missions, participating in short-term mission trips to Mexico and Romania. He enjoys wood-working, auto repair, reading, softball, and envisioning ways to serve God better. For better or for worse, he is a die-hard Chicago Cubs fan.

Lori Felten, RN, BSN

attended Bloomsburg University in Pennsylvania where she earned a bachelor’s degree in nursing. Since then she has used her RN skills in various settings including hospitals, physician offices, Christian camps and a public middle school in the suburban Chicago area. She moved to the Corbin area in 2010 to join Dr. Jung and his partners as the clinical director in their mission to show the love of Jesus through healthcare in Southeastern Kentucky. She enjoys working with youth and women to encourage healthy choices that will have a positive impact on their future. Lori feels strongly that faith and health are integrated as God created us, and desires for us, to be healthy spiritually, physically and emotionally.

Lori is married to Kurt, and they have three grown children. She is grateful for the years she had at home while her children were growing up and is enjoying seeing the way God is leading them in their adult lives. Lori was privileged to have a heritage in Christian ministry, being raised in a home where Bible camp work and missions were emphasized.  She has enjoyed many opportunities to continue her involvement and leadership in ministry, including teaching and working in ministries such as Bible Study Fellowship, AWANA, short-term mission trips and Christian camp work.
